The standard applies to ready-mixed concrete (including self-consolidating concrete) delivered to the purchaser in an unhardened, fresh state. This document applies to the constituent materials, plant and equipment and production control systems used in the production of ready-mixed concrete. This standard applies to ready-mixed concrete orders where the minimum compressive cylinder strength is specified by the purchaser.
