The Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards (TTBS) is reviewing its portfolio of National Standards to ensure that it is up-to-date and meets the need of stakeholders.
A withdrawal of a National Standard is necessary in the following cases:
- The existing national standard may be revised or replaced by a new version of the standard.
- It is not technically valid or relevant.
- There may be advances in technology.
- It does not reflect current practice or is not suitable for new and existing products, systems or processes.
We welcome your feedback on the proposed withdrawals.
