This Webinar will highlight the requirements of the National Standard, TTS 642:2018, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the Food Industry – Requirements.

This standard establishes minimum requirements for a food safety and quality system in food processing, manufacture, handling, packaging, storage, transport or holding, for any sector of the food chain, where food is offered for sale or supply for public consumption.

The Webinar provides a forum for the panelists to discuss its importance and application to improve the competitiveness of the Food and Beverage Sector, and also the evolution required for export markets based on updated regulations such as the Food Safety Modernization Act (USA).
