This document specifies general conditions related to sampling for the determination of the quality of cocoa beans. It also gives requirements and recommendations on the procedure to be followed for sampling cocoa beans in bags.

This standard is a modified adoption of the third edition of the International Standard, ISO 2292:2017, Cocoa beans – Sampling.
