Description
Scope
This standard specifies the grading requirements for hot peppers (Capsicum spp.), which are commercially grown, to be supplied fresh for trade in the local and export markets.
It also contains requirements for labelling, packaging and sanitary requirements for hot peppers.
This standard does not apply to hot peppers to be used for industrial processing.
