Importers, prospective importers, distributors and other stakeholders of children’s toys attended a Stakeholder Consultation on the Revision of the National Compulsory Standard: TTS/ISO 8124-3 – Safety of Toys – Part 3: Migration of Certain Elements on Thursday 10th October, 2019, 9:30 a.m. at TTBS. TTBS is in the process of updating this standard which deals with toxic chemicals in toys and bringing it up-to-date with international standards to ensure toys are safe for use by young children.
