The Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards (TTBS) is reviewing its portfolio of National Standards to ensure that it is up-to-date and meets the need of stakeholders.<\/p>\n
A withdrawal of a National Standard is necessary in the following cases:<\/p>\n
\n
The existing national standard may be revised or replaced by a new version of the standard.<\/li>\n
It is not technically valid or relevant.<\/li>\n
There may be advances in technology.<\/li>\n
It does not reflect current practice or is not suitable for new and existing products, systems or processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
We welcome your feedback on the proposed withdrawals.<\/p>\n
