VAT is charged at a rate of 12.5%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Orders can be paid by credit card. Your payment information will be processed immediately and confidentially. The Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards (TTBS) makes use of the services of a reputable third-party service provider for processing of credit card payments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Data Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you order a TTS standard from our online store, the personal data that you knowingly provide to us (example, your name, contact details, and credit card), is used to fulfill purchase orders, watermark PDF standards and to provide user and technical support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Security<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We use SSL 128-bit encryption, the industry standard technology that allows you to communicate to our online store via a secure, encrypted link, thus preserving data integrity and confidentiality. Because of the SSL-128-bit encryption your credit card details and your personal information are kept secure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Invoice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After placing your order, we will automatically e-mail the details of your order to email provided. Please ensure that you enter all required information accurately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Document Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All of the standards on our online store are in Adobe&#8217;s Portable Document Format (PDF). You will need Acrobat Reader to view standards purchased from our online store. Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adobe.com\/\">https:\/\/www.adobe.com\/<\/a> to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once downloaded, the documents can be opened using Acrobat Reader. You will be able to perform word searches on the full text of the standard, however, you will not be able to modify, print or copy and paste text from the standard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For Standards downloaded as PDF files there is nothing physical to return to us.
