History – Current Structure
The Quality Unit was officially established in 1999 with Mr. Lynus Chadee as the first Quality Manager. Mr. Chadee left the Quality Unit to take up the portfolio of CEO, PQSL (training and consultancy subsidiary of TTBS) in 2000.
Since then we have had a few managers but we have maintained ISO certification since 2005. TTBS was recertified this year – April 2011. This was done by Perry Johnson Registrars out of Michigan, U.S.A. We hope to keep the system alive by continuous improvement.
The Unit currently comprises:
The Internal Auditors are “borrowed” from other Divisions and Units for Internal Quality Audits which are conducted at least annually.
